서울 신림동은 예전이 '백순대'라는 음식으로 아주 유명했어.

건물의 3층으로 올라가면 안에 많은 순대가게가 있어.

내가 단골로 가는 곳은 301호 '88순대'라는 곳이야.

입구로 들어서서 왼쪽, 가장 첫번째 집이지.

대표적인 메뉴로는 '순대볶음'과 '백순대'가 있는데 나는 '백순대'를 추천해.

The representative menus are stir-fried sundae and baek sundae, and I recommend 'Baeksundae'.

맵지 않고 맛있어.

백순대를 인원수에 맞춰 주문하면 돼.

기다리는 동안 에피타이저가 나와.

돼지의 간인데 소금을 살짝 찍어 먹으면 맛있어.

It's a pig's liver, but it's delicious if you dip it in salt.

같이 나오는 음료수는 공짜야.

The drinks that come with it are free.

하지만 이후에 음료수를 추가하면 1,000원씩 추가돼.

백순대가 나오면 사용하지 않은 젖가락으로 소스를 섞어.

When 'Baeksundae' comes out, mix the sauce with unused chopsticks.

그리고 옆에 깻잎에 백순대와 소스를 넣어서 싸 먹는거야.

And you wrap it with 'Baeksundae' and sauce on the perilla leaves.

깻잎을 못 먹겠다면 그냥 백순대에 소스를 찍어 먹어도 좋아.

If you can't eat perilla leaves, you can just dip it in the sauce.
